Description

Brown coloured metal "Novitas" meter. Rectangular with front hinged door held in place with screw clasp. Circular glass window in front surface to view clock face inside. Interior contains metal circular disc with numbers from 1 - 24. Clock face has two metal tabs on outer edge, which hit a switch when passing the top mechanism.
