Description
A wooden commemorative plaque. The plaque features a central circular emblem with an image of a bee hive surrounded by five bees. The top part of the background is blue and the lower part is green. Surrounding the emblem is a gold coloured rope-like border with the name 'Activity' at the top. Above the emblem is a gold detail of a ship flanked by two sails. Below the emblem is a gold coloured scroll with black lettering 'HMS Activity'. Embedded in the back of the plaque is a plastic hook for hanging. The hook is marked 'Made in Great Britain'. A gold printed adhesive sticker with the maker or sellers details is on the back of the plaque.
