A "Tasman Toasted Flake" tobacco tin. Has a red background picture logo with able Tasman on yellow background with snow clad mountain and cabbage tree to left, and sailing ship to right. No maker ID, or indication of weight of product. Hinged lid. Tin has a match striker stripe on base

On the front edge of the lid in tiny letters I found DOMINION TOBACCO CO LTD WELLINGTON

2 OZS NET WEIGHT WHEN PACKED is printed on the rear of the lid near the hinge.
