Tram conductor's badge. Badge, metal, "ATB" (Auckland Transport Board) skeletonised with 2 clips at the back.

These badges were worn by staff from early 1950s, and were for general use on trams, trolleybuses and motor buses. The badges replaced the earlier plate badges until the Auckland Transport Board (ATB) became the Auckland Regional Authority (ARA) in 1964.
