Description

Black velvet, calf length, scoop neckline and long torso. Beaded (black seed beads) trim below piped seam at hipline, around back and to each hip. Oval diamante brooch sewn to right proper hip where a folded over slit opens. Handkerchief draped black chiffon sleeves.
