Quiz Typing Practice / Othello BC’s Quest” and maker's sticker "No. / Load "*",8,1 / maxell / MINI-FLOPPY DISK / MINIDISKETTE / MINI-DISQUE SOUPLE / MD1-D / JAPAN-JAPON".
Envelope has printed text in black “maxell / MINI-FLOPPY DISK / MINIDISKETTE / MINI-DISQUE SOUPLE”; and hand-written on cover "Load “*”,8,1 / * / Disk 8E”. Disk protection advice on back with pictures and captions and maker's information “maxell / Maxell Europe GmbH / […] / Made in Japan […]”.
