Part One: The box itself is cream in colour with a textured surface. "3M" is embossed on the top. On one side is a sticker which has "Flip 'n'File TM" printed in black. "1. June '90 / D:\ DRIVE / BACKUP" is hand-written in black pen. The box opens from a side made of transparent, brown plastic. It opens to the reveal the floppy disks inside. "INDEX" and "LIFT TO OPEN" are printed on paper inserts.

Part Two: Black floppy disc with paper label fixed to front with clear tape. The label is printed in blue writing to read “KID’S STUFF / Copy Protected Version by Elmer Larsen / Copyright Nighthawk Computing 1984 / All Rights Reserved / Published By: / STONE and ASSOCIATES / 7910 Ivanhoe Avenue, Suite 319 / La Jolla, California 92037”. Engraved on the rear of the floppy disk is the number “4459052”.

Part Two Sleeve: Paper envelope sleeve for floppy disk. The front has “3M” printed in red on an angle in the centre. “3M” is also printed in the left-hand corner in white.
